AtomicForge is a habit-building workshop inspired by James Clear’s Atomic Habits. The app turns the book’s principles into a usable product loop: design the habit, make the next action tiny, log the vote, and review the pattern.

The habit wizard walks users through the 4 Laws of Behavior Change: make it obvious, attractive, easy, and satisfying. Vague goals become specific actions with cues, locations, two-minute versions, rewards, and identity statements.

The dashboard is built around identity-based habits. Every completion counts as a vote for the person the user is becoming, while the streak system follows a forgiving “never miss twice” rule instead of punishing a single missed day.

The progress view makes compounding visible with atoms collected, heatmaps, weekday patterns, streaks, and the 1 percent better curve. It is designed to make small, repeated actions feel real before the big results show up.

AtomicForge runs local-first with optional Firebase sync, AI coaching, and push reminders. The core app stays useful even when optional cloud features are turned off.
